wow last night was an interesting night.

basically, i hurt my back on mon when chiara was teaching me how to dive from the starting blocks into the pool (to no fault of chiara's of course). somehow when i impacted the water, my back was arched. then i sorta went into shock and hit the pool floor subsequently. thought it was no biggie hehe... but at night when i was at the airport seeing liang si off, my back started to hurt abit.

tues morning - difficulty in getting up, bending forward etcetc due to pain in lower back, lumbar vertebrae region. but i thought that it couldnt have been much. afterall i could still walk and stuff, just a little pain.

talked to sean (m3) online, and he was telling me how he thought it was a compression fracture. and i was like *@#!@*!#! cos it sounded serious. checked it out online and well it seemed to describe my clinical signs more or less. so i got a bit scared. back injury wad right.. must get it checked, no joke. and well zhen and lawrence suggested that i should go now, (and it was freaking 12midnight on tues night), to skip the queues at the hospital a&e dept. hehe...

sweet zhenzhen was all geared up to mobilise the KE ppl to go down to nuh a&e with me. hee so sweet =) but lawrence (the super boyfriend!) drove down instead to send me.

parked at nuh carpark (cost $2 can...), went in search of the a&e, only to be told that there was a long long queue and standard waiting time wld be 2-3 hrs. #@!@*!#@!! again... why so many ppl like to see doctor at midnight one??? bleah. so we wasted $2. drove to ah instead, the next nearest hospital. haha and well an indication of the crowd there: my queue no. was 0001! hahahhaha...

got served by this HILARIOUS doctor (shant parade his name here to preserve his modesty) with a SUPER FUNNY singsong voice!!! hahahhaa... he made me so amused i forgot to tell him my ribs hurt when i laughed or put pressure on it. hahahaha... he was amazingly bright and chirpy "HELLoooo!!!" when i walked in, and called my name "chin hui LINN~NNN".. dunno how to physically describe the way he practically sang my name out when he came out to call me in. hahahahhahaha... i just spent most of my time trying not to laugh hahahaha... hee hee. totally reminded me of those children's shows where everything is totally exaggerated and happyfied. hahahaha...

so anyway i took an xray. and when i looked at it, couldnt see fracture/slipped disc. WHEW. asked him what he thought it was he said "OH its a MUSCLE problem" ,, what kind of muscle problem "MUSCLE LA!" haha DANG there goes my hopes of getting a free medical lesson hahahah. then again i was determined not to tell him that i was a medical student. u noe when u see doctors who noe u're a medical student, they expect u to noe everything. hahaha... and i obviously dunno anything. so yarh.

so okay i have a muscle problem. official diagnosis is "back pain (unspecified)" wahlau... wth hahahhaa...

got like a million kinds of medicines. muscle relaxant, anti inflammatory etcetc... so the entire fiasco cost me $55. gah. poor liao.

this morning, back much better. instead ribs hurt instead. during anat tutorial, prof gopal and the rest kept making random jokes, and i was trying so hard not to laugh. hahaha every time i laughed it wld be like "HAHAHAH-ouch-HAHAHHA" sighs. hehe... and well to sean's credit, prof thot it might have been a fracture or sthg too.

yeps so im here now. just woke up after taking one of the medicines that has a drowsy effect. the muscle relaxant i think. haha.. yay.

hope i recover in time for ifg on sat. and sighs. i want to play!!!! =( can't dance nor play now. gah.

sitting here at starbucks siglap in a secluded dark corner, brings a host of memories to me. mostly about the time i went to the gelato place in bukit timah with lawrence - decadent butterscotch! and how we had alot of fun spending time together; him in his army uniform lookin pro and all, reading his scifi book, and me mugging bio i think. hehe..

im devastated that they're converting the old siglap wet market to some snazzy supermarket, ntuc fairprice i think. gradually the siglap of my memories is changing into something new and hip, gone was the stationery shop where mum bought me my first set of colouring pencils; where me at age 6 held my granny's hand to go there, so that i could buy a $5 card for my mum's birthday. it was my own money, and i remember the card vividly still (think mum still keeps it somewhere). it had a bunch of purple flowers on the cover and it was pop up! purple flowers galore.

and well, the wet market with jianliang's mum's fruit store, where she'd always give us free fruits, but inevitably charge more tho her fruits are always fresh and good. i wonder what's become of her stall - is she relocating or what? haha.. and well i cant remember much of the old siglap, just these few vivid memories. i think there was another wet market where siglap centre now stands, but siglap centre was built when i was pretty young so it was already present in most of my conscious memory.

the starbucks im sitting in now used to be coffee bean; at the height of the ice blended craze, my dad used to bring mum, uncle and me here to drink it on sundays. and his drink would inevitably be ice blended mocha large. and mine would always be the cinnamon one. hehe... and well, ice blended is really ex, one trip like this would cost like $20. gosh. heh...

werner's was here since quite a long tiem before. i cant remember when they moved in. but i discovered it only recently; their sausages and pastries are to die for, and well toe said their pot roast and whatnot are good too. i shall go try. and well they even cut down the patch of greenery next to it to make a carpark to accomodate the larger volume of traffic and demand for parking lots here. doubtlessly its more convenient now, but still the scene's changed.

shops once patronised, restaurants that made up the framework of the family's weekly sat nights out... the patch of trees i used to always gaze at as we drove by...

as times change, only memories retain what once was.

sighs every weekend i come back home i never fall to gain 1-2 kg cos of the sheer volume i eat =P haha i miss home food so much! not to mention this wkend i went for an absolutely decadent japanese buffet at Pan pac's keyaki restaurant... there was like lobster, huge prawns, sashimi, codfish, vvv nice teppanyaki, and even haagan daz rum raisin ice cream!! the quality of the food was fantastic. and well the price was fantastic too - $66 per person =S thank goodness dad had some card that enabled him to get dining privileges there, we ended up paying $30++ per person only. haha and worse still, this wkend is mooncake fest! i ate SO MUCH mooncake =P was at ntuc just now, and even bought a small pkt of 4 cartoon mooncakes (which i finished naturally...) they were so adorable and nice! got doremon shaped, micky mouse, the zhao cai cat, and one other animal i cant recognise =P haha and i bought lanterns and sparklers. but alas, there's no one carrying lanterns today. i bet its cos tmr got sch everyone's staying at home to study or sleep early. sigh where are all the kids???

most big shot doctors i know have some kind of passion outside their medical calling, like prof gopal likes to bird watch. i notice that most of these pasttimes are qt $-consuming too so these doctors must be quite rich. whilst im still abt 1% on my way to joining their ranks, it never hurts to dream beforehand right. haha. so i want to be a bigshot doctor.. who's a FOODIE!!! haha i LOVE food. i cannot live without food. i LOVE good food, which are like godsends to life man. yes i will be a foodie like oliver (e british celebrity chef) and travel the world tasting the world's greatest foods. to france to eat escargots (which i have...), italy to eat tomato and mozzarella cheese salad and pizzas (which i have too... HMMS), to the US for its great ice cream and cheesecakes (HAHA), melbourne for the donuts... china shanghai for the dumplings and whatnot... etcetcetc. YES i will.. swear i will. hahaha ok.

lantern festival aka mooncake festival always stirs up a whole host of mixed feelings in me.

in pri6 when i was studying for my PSLE, i remembered crying and crying really badly because i was studying at what my family calls the "grand table"; this imposing wooden table in my parents' room. well, it faces the window, and there were herds of little kids walking by with their colourful lanterns, chattering away... and i couldnt go because i had to study. i was SO SAD. i just sat there and kept crying anw.

last year, i walked around the neighbourhood... seeing all the little kids carrying lanterns, and swearing that i WILL carry lantern this year. BUT i havent bought myself a lantern to carry yet, nor made plans with ppl to carry with me too. because i JUST remembered my promise to myself. I must must must celebrate all the festivals, at least eat mooncake (which i did just now, normal baked ones and not the raffles hotel or yam ones i really wanted, but still nice) and pomelo (which my mum bought already) and spend time with family in the "tuan yuan" fashion (which im doing.. havent i moved back home for midsem break??). and i think its sorely dumb and very SAD to walk around with a lantern, as an overaged and grown kid, ALONE. i shall attempt to jio enming and andrew leong who live really near me to carry lantern w me... or at least visit them or sthg if they're celebrating w their families.

SIGH. this is one of the times where being an only child is SAD.

one of the funnest lantern fests i've ever had has to be back in my dad's kampong. my cousins and i made a ring of candles in the car porch and stole mooncakes and pomelo and other snacks from the adults and sat in there chatting and eating =) after which we went to light fireworks, and walk around with lanterns. we even caught a firefly! haha... that memory really epitomises lantern fest, or any traditional chinese festival to me, because i always believe that these should be noisy and surrounded by lots of ppl. but because we live in s'pore away from ALL my relatives, this doesnt usually happen.

i always feel the loneliest during chinese new year, lantern fest, and christmas, maybe a few other days here and there. nowhere to go, nothing to do, no one to do stuff with... most of the time i just read a book, go online, watch tv or mug.

i WANT more family =( and paper lanterns... oh yes and yam mooncakes.

*sob* i want to eat yam mooncake with flaky skin!!! every single year i crave for it but never get to eat at mooncake festival =( haha.. cos my family doesnt like to eat it. bleah... i think i ate it like many many years ago, when some client/business associate gave my dad crownprince teochew yam mooncakes.. and i remember being in love with them! hahaha but too bad they prefer the raffles hotel choc ones (which i LOVE too! but they're not gg to buy anymore so i got to eat abit this year only) or the traditional baked lotus paste kind. so i dun get to eat yam mooncake. BOOHOO. a sadder part is that i only want to eat like ONE. but u have to buy a box of FOUR. so that's terrible too =( haha

yam mooncakes!!!

the decadent raffles hotel ones!!!

haha living at pgp makes me miss out on such delicacies because i dun actually go out to buy them and by the time i get home on wkends, no more for me =( hahahaha ohwells

happy mooncake festival!

ok i cant wait for the end of this ****** week to end. been feeling soooo freaking tired, weak, cold and tired every single day. oh did i say tired TWICE? haha yeah ive been simply exhausted la, everyday zonked out just after 4hrs of continuous lectures. I'm very amused by prof khoo hoon eng, who really is a very nice lady and lecturer. but she's always half an hour late for her lectures!!! everytime she gets a 8am lecture she never fails to arrive at 835. and well, it seems as though the dean's office is used to it already because her lectures are always slotted 8-10, then the next lecturer's is at 1030-1230. so we all happily pack our bags and go to class expecting to have a nice half hour break to go makan breakfast, queue for coney dog from science canteen western stall, or eat my favourite corn pao,... then she arrives at class at 835, and says "oh sorry sorry its really my fault, and ill have to take ur 10-1030 break k to finish up everything"... BONK. break gone. tummy rumbles =( thinks wistfully about pao and coney dog (and andrew leong's ice kachang.. more about that later)

yarh so it sucks to have 4hrs of lectures consecutive. today we covered 4 chapters. which means about 100 pages of reading to do, probably more. sighs. and wel today's biochem FA was horrible. it was SO DECEIVING! i did the paper happily thinking tt i'd do okay, it wasnt so bad after all...

then prof maxey chung goes through the answers and im like "shit... wrong.... oh shit wrong again.. oh god why is this one wrong????? gah!! all wrong!!!!!"
huising can testify to that because we were grabbing each other in horror at the number of wrong answers we had.
sighs.
despite all the studying and effort, 11/20 only. gah.
disappointment.

then lawrence darling msges me to say that we cant go marina sq tmr... disappointment again. next week's mid sem break and i was so looking forward to trying carl's jr (which andrew fang keeps saying is vv nice) and shopping at marina sq's new youth area on friday night. now im left hanging. any plans anyone??

well at least after guzzling alot alot alot of chocolate to hide and mask my sadness and sianness with endorphins (which choc is supposed to release), playing badminton and then squash with the KE ppl and zhenhui was quite fun, and stress relieving.... angry right, just whack the shuttlecock/squash ball hard hard then watch the thing fly. my brachioradialis and flexor muscles quite weak now though, so v hard to hit hard hard. had to hold the squash racquet with 2 hands but still managable la. zhenzhen, next time i'm gg to look u up for squash again! =)

oh yes i promised to write abt andrew l. hahaha he's damn funny he wants to set up dessert club in medfac. hahaha.. if u see a guy happily blatantly holding a plastic container of icekachang/icejelly/assorted dessert from science canteen dessert stall, just eating damn freaking obviously, its gotta be andrew l, unless he's influenced more guys from medfac to join him in his exploits.

tonight the KE ppl are gg to watch the longest yard at midnight show. sorely tempted to join them. afterall its the kind of thing i wanteed to do when i stayed in pgp. but sighs. too tired la. must live up to my reputation as mugger and mug lower limb so that i can answer prof gopal's "come on! come on! finish my sentences!!!" during my 6 hr long lower limb marathon tmr. can u believe it???/ i have lecture, followed by pract, THEN tutorial. gg to end at like 4pm or sthg tmr. sighs. and prof gopal wonders why we're so unenthu about his extra lessons. thanks though for being so nice and putting in the effort to prepare stuff to coach us in the limbs properly. he's a truly great tutor la, vvv funny one too.

and before stinky me proceeds to bathe in my lovely pgp toilet, i want to write abt prof sit. she's taught for 38years at NUS, every year M1s, about Heme and Bioenergetics. i really admire her for her endurance. if me, i'd prob die and wilt away already... she's super funny... although she's slightly slow with her lectures but i love her anw. haha... she exudes e regal air of the colonial era and still raps the table to get the attention of the class (all 230 of us). and well she laments about how we don't behave even though we shld have been told to, and tells us to ask questions but don't talk (i mean, how contradictory is that?) hahaha.. she perks me up (when everyone around me is dozing)

hahaha.. okay... interesting lecturers. nus medfac biochem dept also has alot of lecturers with indian/chinese/hongkie/chinese-hongkie mixed with american accents and well its interesting to decipher what they're saying. like the "yam structure" (in the brachial plexus), and the "eye-bund and aye-bund" (skeletal muscle fibres) etcetcetc. its amusing and it perks my day up.

now i have to go wonder why why WHY after faithfully listening to EVERY SINGLE lecture (ok i admit i din go for neuromuscular disorders cos i went to see sel off, so i dunno what myasthenia gravis does or how to treat it), i still barely passed my FAs. GAH. *SOB*

While she lays sleeping
I stay out late at night to play my songs
And sometimes all the nights can be so long
And it`s good when I finally make it home, all alone
While she lays dreaming,
I touch her face across the silver light
I see her dreams that drift upto the sky
And she wakes up to my kiss and I say it`s alright
And I hold her tight.

And she believes in me
I`ll never know just what she sees in me,
I told her someday if she was my girl
I could change the world with my songs, but
I was wrong
But she has faith in me
And so I go on trying faithfully
Forever in my heart she will remain
And I hope and pray
I will find a way,find a way

While she lays waiting
I ask myself do I hurt her so
What called me on a long and this lonely road,
Why dont i turn around and head back home where I belong
While she lays crying
For she knows my heart is ripped in two
I`m torn between the things that I should do
She deserves it all and I'd give it if i could, god her love is true

While she lays sleeping
While she lays sleeping for me.

sheesh was so freaking tired today! dunno y.. sighs. it could be due to the 3hrs at the gym yest where i supposedly burnt like 850kcals (but i never trust the gym machine's calcutions cos they always overcalculate one) but it was a reall good workout. so anw, went to watch quidam yesterday too! with lawrence =) haha it was a wonderful show, and the fact that we were sitting in the cheapest "slightly blocked" seats didnt matter a single bit because we saw it all really well anw. haha...

had a horrendous day today. woke up, forgot to pack all my anat pract stuff into my bag then rushed to class thinking that i was late, and i'd missed the KE ppl (sheryl, zhen, weiming, jonathan etc) at e busstop already. then reached lt to realise that i took the 1st bus and that i was earlier than everyone. then the first lecturer came only at 840, instead of 800 so i figured that 1 of our 2 half hr breaks today wld be taken up so at 815 i chionged back to pgp to get my books and pract notes. came back, totally exhausted already, to have a whole series of lectures till 1230, had to even eat my lunch in the LT bleah. then did lower limbs, where i was too tired to absorb anything in the lecture or pract... poor gopal kept looking at me when he says his 'comeon!" cos usually i'd be ready with an answer... haha but alas, he was only looking into a blank face today.

the perils of too much gymming, e wrong time of the mth, and consequent exhaustion.

oh yes and i must comment on the sudden extra anat lect on the clinical applications of upper limb. the pictures are SOOOO gruesome! gosh. severed bloody limbs, churned up hand (yes! it was a real picture of a hand that accidentally went through a sugar cane squashing machine, that came up totally like minced meat, albeit with bone fragments here and there ugh), discussion with bean, zongxian and liwei of how the best way to commit suicide is not to slash ur wrist, but to stab urself in the anatomical snuffbox (because the radial artery, which is qt huge, runs through it! so u'll definitely succeed in bleeding to death right?). when u slash ur wrist, cos the tendons of the palmaris longus and perhaps flexor carpi ulnaris and whatever else is more superficial as compared to the median artery that goes thru there, so u might not even end up slashing ur artery and cant die wad. ok shit i hope my anat was correct there. im too dazed to think properly.

mugmugmug for FAs. toe totally scared me today by telling me how she failed. sighs. fail den fail la heck.

met up with brandon just... was feeling so tired and stressed out; i think i exercise too much already, just feeling so tired all the time. so yeah had a nice lunch at cafe cartel and then haagan daz! haha the pro air force pilot-in-training treated me =) hehe.. listening to all the stories of like how they manage the aircrafts and all the shit they have to put thru... plus how each pilot is worth damn alot (if he breaks his leg he has to reinburse air force like damn alot of money pls) was qt amazing...

managed to do abit of grocery shopping and bought nice nice raffles hotel choc mooncakes for lawrence's parents too! =) new discovery: cocopops actually have about half the calories (but like a fraction of the fibre) compared to muesli! haha naturally now i have a packet of cocopops in my foodie drawer =P haha... law's mum was so nice to get me strawberries and grapefruit too =) and law got me nice nice choc he bought from lynn.. which he's gg to ration out to me cos i would really just finish the whole enormous bar at one shot. hahahaha.. i feel so pampered =)

k i bet during the whole time i was out the ppl in ke would prob be mugging like hell. sigh hahaha.. k time for me to join them in mugging! =P more refreshed and inspired after a good lunch and a good conversation =)

chocolate gives u endorphins and endorphins makes you happy! =) haha then again, exercise also gives u endorphins. but i prefer chocolate. its sweeter and well you don't have to sweat and pant to get there. exercise is tough, but it gives u a nice sculpted body. HMMMs. tough choice.

this afternoon i chose chocolate =P ate a humongous lot of dad's ghiraldeli's milk chocolate. he bought them recently when he went to SF. so nice! hehe... and well i was totally eyeing the cadbury white choc dream ice cream... the ice cream version of the chocolate! haha now THAT caught my eye.. =P i will go to 7-11 to get it after elections meeting and well, that will be my dinner =) *swoons*

even though everyone like my dad (who works in a choc company) tries to convince me that white choc isnt really choc.. cos it doesnt contain cocoa powder... it contains cocoa butter (the fatty part of the cocoa bean ugh, i still love it to death. white choc is sweet, and creamy and fragrant (in a diff way from dark choc). well dark choc is nice too... bittersweet in a way and you can eat tonnes of that wout ever being sick of it cos its not too sweet. i still prefer white choc and its derivatives, such as the raffles hotel white choc champagne mooncake... goodness. now i want to mrt all the way down to city hall just to get that. =P hehe... im such a piggy pig.

i think they should correct the phrase: diamonds are a girl's best friend. it should be CHOCOLATE is a girl's best friend =)

lawrence got me the vera wang... he's crazy its so expensive and decadent! but its such a romantic scent... feels so feminine and pretty and floaty with it wafting around... the label actually reads:

a modern floral bouquet. the VW fragrance is sensual and intimate. it is the fragrance of desire.
The Flirtation: the first encounter is a flirtation of Bulgarian rose (symbol of passion), calla lily (beauty), and mandarin flower (good luck)
The Kiss: the flirtation is followed by a passionate kiss of gardenia (purity), lotus (innocence), iris (affection), and white stephanotis (marital happiness)
The Embrace: A final embrace of sheer musks, white woods and precious floral nectar

sounds so romantic and bridal... and fantasy-ish. i must say the packaging people are good at knowing how to pander to what women want.. heh.. commercial packaging... but this is the only one i thought was elegant and feminine. britney spear's curious is nice, floral and feminine too, but i thought it was too sweet. and well various others that didnt appeal too much..

thank you darling.. thankyou...

a truly fattening weekend...

synergy was pretty okay... slack i guess. they were doing ballet on sat, which was mainly for the technique for the beginners.. synergy has no auditions; most of the new ppl are total beginners. heh so we were doing like what... grade4 ballet stuff? plies, sotes (how on earth do u spell this?), how to point ur feet (good toes bad toes!!!) and how to turn out and stuff. real basic ballet. zero turns, jumps, twrils, cross the room stuff. ohwells haha. i was bored la. but still will join and hope things get better =P i just want to dance afterall...

then went for high tea with mummy at hyatt chihuly lounge! haha cakes, and sandwiches galore! had this real nice smoked salmon on toasted brioche bread that i was swooning over, and decadent soft centre choc cake laden with fudge and cream! (k i skipped the cream; i hate cream), as well as fruits and a choc fountain! yay! haha... had lotsa fun trying out the various assortments of tea too... my fave flavour was organic camomile with organic peppermint! =) but there was this other vanilla flavour that was real nice too!

went shopping after that! bought 2 tops that i love alot alot... mum went crazy and spent like $260 on herself heh... =P shopping is therapeutic. i want to buy a bag though.. and i want something that isnt mainstream like from perlinni or sthg... and must be big enuff for my sch stuff! i LOVE this one:

hmms was reading some of the blogs of ppl who're off in the states.. im so envious!!! sigh.. new environment, new campuses, new architecture around you... new people, new friends, new culture.. what i always envisioned for myself... i want to study in the states. my childhood dream. but it was not meant to be... so now im stuck in stuffy nus with loads of mugger doctors-to-be (haha sorrysorry joking yeah but its true), which though is fun, but i feel like im missing out on the whole university experience. ladida... but well at least im close to home, to my parents, granny, lawrence, and everyone else too... and the food, and well im independent too cos im living on campus. will miss this in year 3 when i probably will live at home again heh...

but i think that nus provides a pretty reasonable education... nothing bad. quite good and prepares u quite well.. its just that alot of us were inculcated since young that its very prestigious to get a scholarship and go overseas... so its like awe-inspiring to do so. but well im glad that i didnt give up my dream of doing medicine to pursue this path... because the scholarship path will be nice for maybe 4years of uni education, and then the job u do may/may not be what u want. but you got the uni experience. but whereas medicine is for life, as the dean said the other day. im studying now to prepare for the rest of my life, when one day i will probably have to decide whether tenosynovitis in the phalanges will possibly spread to the palm region and all and everything else, which would really be based on what i know how and how well i assimilate it. so its vv impt to mug properly. haha.. i feel so important suddenly =P

on another note, lawrence just told me that rachel said i was her favourite senior!!! so nice =)=)=) and she bought me chocs from vienna when she went there ages ago=) haha..

haha i recreated the subway experience!!! =)=)=) i love subway's veggie delite on parmesean oregano with extra cheese =) and well i thought i'd be in seventh heaven if i made that for dinner sometime at pgp =) bought veggies last wkend, and when i was in holland v with zhenzhen today, got nice nice bread from the provence bakery! =) haha... just had it. it tasted great! =) yay! haha happy =) i have more veggies and more bread =) so looks like i'll be eating it alot now =)

haha grocery shopping was super fun =) restocking the larder here with nice fruits and soybean milk... and it was a nice afternoon shopping and talking with zhenzhen too =) ran into em, honlyn, mag, xq, and a few others, who were extremely shocked to see zhen and me with big bag small bags of groceries hahahaha... then i took a looong nap in the afternoon. couldnt help it. i was falling asleep over diagrams of the carpel tunnel. hai. such a slacker.

i thought pbl was okay... like it was interesting trying to elucidate the problem mr. ong had (which turned out to be cervical radiolupathy), and reading up on how it must have happened, and how it affected him. but i thought that our mentor took too large a role in the whole thing. i thought that we were supposed to elect someone to direct the conversation like a leader, but it turned out to be like a lesson where she's just shooting questions and we're all scrambling to find the answers to tell her. was rather disappointed with that. but otherwise, she was a very nice prof (and i forgot her name) but she's a paediatric oncologist and i'm greatly in awe of that.

ohwells. tmr is anat day again. friday always is. there's just lecture (upperlimb nerves) and practical, and the day will be over in 4hrs. i've gotta stay over on fri night for dance synergy on sat morning though. =) but tomorrow's anniversary! so i'll be cooking =) (hence the trip to cold storage holland v today!) shant let on what's on the menu lest the cat escapes from the bag. hahaha..
