at the OT today =)

picked selene up from the airport last night and reached home at 3am this morning left me with barely 3hrs sleep before this very long and busy day today. it was super fun though, with hweeying and i going to the wrong terminal and sitting on the pavement at the airport waiting for the shuttle bus to appear. and supper with selene and her parents after that! =)

the OT today was super interesting. (and tiring) i got to poke and touch an excised liver tumour the size of a head, and help open the excised portion of a patient's descending colon (still warm, fresh from the patient) with a malignant metastatic tumour almost completely occluding the lumen to expose the tumour for jerry (mr camera boy) to photograph. the second one was super smelly when the other exchange student cut it open, with faeces and blood spewing. hee.

off to shower up and study! for dr eng's tutorials which honestly scare me such that i cant remember anything when im being arrowed. ahwells.
