wed 2nd aug: 20th mth anniversary and more!

godiva's chocolate obsession! look at lawrence's pained expression as i photowhored =P haha. he said it tasted like milo, cocoa powder and milk, with dark choc bits inside. it was alright larh. i expected better though. for $8 not sure if its worth it.

walked around, pigged out at marina (lychee icecream and fried chicken frm taiwan st snacks), then headed for mortini night at morton's bar! my choc martini, which i found rather bitter. lawrence's lychee martini was nice. the filet mignon sandwiches were not too bad.

had dinner with the above people plus john at holland v's crystal jade xiao long bao. followed by dessert at nydc. it was really really really fun catching up with all these ppl, especially with mingjing whom i havent seen in ages. it was sel's first time at this crystal jade thing too! im really glad she liked the xiao long bao =) i'll bring u to nice one near duxton hill soon if u want!

after the rest left, selene and i decided to have an impromptu stayover at her place. thankgod my mum allowed =) haha we went to walla walla for more drinks and girl talk first. had bitter sangria and sweet strawberry daiquiri! and chatted alotalot. weird man at the next table who gave us this Look. ugh. cabbed to her place, and spent the night there after that. had lunch with sel, her mum and her sister (who just gave birth yest yay!) on thurs, then headed home to nua after that. my scarf is coming along v nicely except that it rolls up alot. bleah. sad.

wow. haha i take a awfully long time to upload photos, thanks to blogger's inept photo uploading system that always says that they cant find my blog. had a wonderful wonderful choir session at raymond's house today. we were v productive, and i learnt alot from the pros =) yay.

upcoming photos will be of last night's dinner with marcus, joshua and bean at marina =)
