(disclaimer - food post ahead!)

the bread and butter french toast pudding i made today. nice! aunty even brought home an extra slab. hahaha. whee

and at da paolo gastronomie, the gourmet food outlet at chip bee gardens, i found MERINGUES! so fun! =) these are rose flavoured meringues. really pretty, and very sweet! gosh. sweetness to the core. haha. i enjoyed them, but couldnt eat too much at a go. bleah haha.

anw, im REALLY touched by the response i've received abt the mass im trying to organise for shufang. em, andrew, lawrence have been really helpful with their advice on churches (since i obviously know zilch about catholic practices), and dom actually called me up at 11pm after he read my email and after he discussed the thing with brenda, to advice me on what i can do (gosh im immensely touched), and yun, who has been helping me liase with shufang's friends. and ppl have rsvped mere minutes of me sending my emails out. gosh. im quite surprised really. i hope things go well, and the novena church lets us hold it there. please do rsvp k? i wld like to be able to gauge the response level, so we can know how large (or small) scale we can prepare for. thanks dears!
